Does it collect payments?
No. Payment stays between you and the parent; the app only keeps your private ledger.
Does the parent have to download the app?
No, but parents who do can see the lessons, your messages and homework, and can cancel a lesson; if you are on Pro, they also hear about freed-up slots. With Pro, reports, cancellations and payment messages for parents without the app go from your own WhatsApp, all from one list.
Where do my lesson notes go?
Nowhere. The closing form is filled in on your phone; the parent only gets the message you approve. Your private notes and fees stay with you.
My subject is not on the list.
Choose "Other", type your subject and start right away.
Where is my data?
It is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). Students under 18 join with their parent's consent. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, by following the steps on the Account deletion page.
