Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Settings (the gear icon).
- In the Account section, tap "Delete my account" ("Hesabımı sil" in Turkish).
- Read what will be deleted, tick the confirmation box and tap "Delete my account".
After your request, your account is frozen for 30 days: no notifications are sent and no lessons are created. During this time you can sign in and tap "Restore my account" ("Hesabımı geri al" in Turkish). After 30 days your account and data are permanently deleted.
By email
- Send an email to the address below with "Account deletion" in the subject line, and include the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
- We will contact you to confirm that the account is yours.
- After confirmation your account is marked for deletion; if you change your mind within 30 days we restore it. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted.

What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email address)
- If you are a teacher: your students, schedule, lesson records, payment ledger and logo
- If you are a parent: the link to your child and your notification preferences
What is kept
Records we must keep by law (for example consent records) are kept for the legally required period and then deleted. A deletion log records how many rows were deleted from which table; it contains no personal data.
